Shared stories of leadership in regards to servant leadership, building trust, empowerment and accountability. In the military, and particularly in aviation, you must live these leadership values. As your airplanes fly off in the distance, you have no other choice but to live them. I will share and assess leadership topics, stories and historical reviews as means of continuous personal growth and to advertise the talents military personnel bring to the corporate world.
