Nelson Mandela was one of the most influential leaders in humanity. He spent 27 years of his life in prison on Robben Island, just off the coast of Cape Town. When he was freed, he went on to become the President of South Africa and his mission was to eradicate racism and create a true democracy in his country.
Madiba, as he's affectionately known, was the leader I chose to study in-depth in 2020 and it was quite the journey of discovery and reflection.
In today's episode I wanted to share three key leadership lessons I learned from the late, great Nelson Mandela.
