Episode description

Like other games before it, Star Citizen has successfully meshed servers to increase player counts, and like other games before it, Star Citizen is still geographically restricted in how many players it can handle. While the game is expanding due to server meshing, the first REAL challenge the tech faces, the Daymar Rally, will show the difference between the current static server meshing and the real goal of dynamic meshing. I’m joined today by the head of security for the 600+ member event to discuss the challenges of hosting it over the years, and how server meshing makes this year entirely different.
