Gaby and Lena bring in the new year with a new perspective on how to Refresh and Renew via resolutions and a No Pressure attitude. They discuss ways in which some may choose to enhance their current lifestyle by creating new “TO DO” lists, juice cleanses, Dry January and/or fun hobbies to try. Along with the demands of parenting children, these Latinas express the importance of self enrichment to sustain a healthy work/ life balance. They share small moments of joy with virtual Yoga classes from “Boho Beautiful” and a rebranding of their new Podcast name, “Latinas in the Burbs”.
