27 - EMPATHY in Leadership Communication

Communication skill rests on the foundation of self belief and confidence. This podcast is on the critical quality of leadership communication. What is Empathy in the context of a Leadership Communication skill? Empathy in leadership is the demonstrated ability to get out of one’s shoes and put on someone else’s shoes to actually understand what is happening around them.
