Blake Dailey began investing in real estate with large renovations on storm-damaged homes after a category 5 hurricane ripped through his market. After several years of investing in residential short and long term rentals, he scaled into commercial real estate. His current real estate portfolio consists of 5 boutique hotels, a handful of vacation rental homes, and a 66-unit apartment complex. His company Adventure Stays buys, renovates, and operates boutique hospitality properties across the country and has a full in-house team.
