There's a few things that go into staying motivated to workout. I just like to keep it really simple when answering this question by saying this; no matter how hot or cold your motivation is, doing the work no matter what will greatly help.
It's completely normal to not be fired up to workout 150 - 200+ days a year. What can be normal is how you counter the lows and create a habit that works for you.
