Please tune in as I interview Chef Liz Manthei, owner of Peppercorns Catering (www.peppercorns-catering.com) out of Augusta, Georgia. Professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu, she now caters for major corporations that attend The Master's Tournament every year and has an incredible gift for working under pressure. She tells us all about life as the owner of a successful catering business and shares her recipe for Red Snapper on Corn, Sage and Cheddar Grits.
