The Kansas City chapter of IABC, 2012 International Chapter of the Year, includes approximately 200 members, in and around Kansas City, who are employed as communications professionals for major corporations, agencies and non-profit organizations. Many KC/IABC members are self-employed as freelancers or run their own companies.
