The Fight is on for Breast Cancer Awareness in McHenry County

Joe and Tina have been doing the Care 4 Breast Cancer 5K for 14 years in the area and are counting on you to help fight! They were joined by Family Health Partnership Clinic Ambassadors, Lisa LaPorte and Tiffany Sorenson (both breast cancer survivors) to talk about their journey and over 15 surgeries so far.
