Episode description

This episode of the James Dooley Podcast features James Dooley and Kasra Dash discussing indexing tools for affiliate websites, because fast and reliable indexation directly impacts rankings, crawl efficiency, and revenue.

James Dooley explains his experience testing and investing in multiple indexing tools, because no single solution consistently delivered the right balance of cost, speed, and indexation rate. He breaks down the strengths and weaknesses of popular tools used in affiliate SEO.

Kasra Dash adds insight into performance inconsistencies across indexers, because unreliable results create risk when scaling affiliate sites and backlink campaigns. The episode also covers why newer in house tools were developed, because existing options failed to meet real world affiliate demands at scale.

Kasra Dash: Welcome back to another video. Today we are talking about the best indexing tools for affiliate websites. I am joined with James. James, you have invested in a few different affiliate indexing tools and tested a lot of them. We both have. We are going to break down a few different tools. First, explain why you decided to invest in indexing tools in the first place. James Dooley: I invested in indexing tools because there were some strong indexers available previously. I used tools like Rapid URL Indexer, which got pages indexed quickly. Speed was the main appeal. I also used Speedy Indexer, also known as the Telegram bot. It was cheap and performed reasonably well, but the indexation rates were not the highest. James Dooley: The highest indexation rate I saw came from Index Me Now, but it was expensive. Each tool had a pain point. One was too expensive. One was fast but had lower indexation rates. Another was cheaper but did not give me the consistency I wanted. There was not one indexer I felt fully satisfied with for affiliate websites. Kasra Dash: You tested a lot more tools than that. What other indexing tools did you try to get affiliate sites and backlinks indexed? James Dooley: I tested Index Me Now, like you mentioned. It costs one dollar per page, and if they cannot index it, you get the credit back. I also tested Amigga Indexer. The main issue again was indexation rate. It worked for a majority of links but was not the highest. James Dooley: Speedy Index was another one. It was quick, but there were inconsistencies. Sometimes it worked really well. Other times it did not. Then it would work again. I also tested Linkdexting. Like the others, it had pros and cons. That is when you started investing in multiple tools, and I began using some of the ones you set up. Kasra Dash: Yes. One Hour Indexing used to perform well. Indexification was an old school option. Simbite is another tool some people still use in local SEO, but for me it does not hit the indexation rates I need. Kasra Dash: That is why we set up three brands. Giga Indexer, Backlink Indexing Tool, and Indexional. I would love people to leave comments if something is not right with any of them. We constantly focus on quality control to improve indexation rates for free. Kasra Dash: When I compare Giga Indexer, Backlink Indexing Tool, and Indexional, I look at cost, indexation rates, and speed. Based on those factors, I believe they are the best indexing tools for affiliate websites. James Dooley: If you have any questions, drop them in the comments. If we missed an indexing tool or there is one you want us to test, mention it below. We will do a follow up video.
