How do we gain more confidence ourselves, and how can we raise confident girls? In this episode, Jess and Cody, and special guest, Morgan Thomas, aka "Miss Morgan", discuss what confidence looks and feels like, and what actionable steps we all can take to develop more confidence in ourselves. We are our little girl's mirrors, so it's important for each of us to learn how to feel comfortable in our own skin, so that they can feel confident in theirs. Confidence doesn't come from our physical traits, but more from the inner strength we build by overriding our self-doubts and by being courageous enough to overcome a fear of failure.
