I met Maya a few years ago when she toured through with Motel Raphael. I offered up a place to stay for the band and it was really great to get to know everyone. Since the inception of the band they have gone through some line up changes but still they persist and now Maya is pursuing some of her own solo material. It was really great talking to her and learning even more about her. Looking forward to hopefully seeing them again very soon.

His new album "We Could Be" shows how far he has come and adds a full band element rather than just an acoustic endeavour. This was one of the last shows I was able to attend before lockdown came into effect and I cannot wait to see him perform again!
