Welcome! This podcast has been a few years in the making, and wow, we’re finally here! In this short episode, I’ll be sharing a little bit of my story, including getting real about some major challenges in my life. With all of these ups and downs, I’m still here, thriving and doing what I love, being the person I’m meant to be and reminding you that no matter what life throws at you, you've got this.

So many people walk around in life totally unaware of who they really are. But how do you find yourself? At the end of day, who you want to be starts with you - and that’s the reason why this podcast is called It Starts With You! I’m here to walk alongside you and help you believe in yourself, choose YOU and voice it to the world.

I’m going to help you get there by showing up consistently, sharing all sides of me alongside my guests, and giving you strategies and tools so you can leave each episode inspired and motivated to take action.
