Envy vs Jealousy (My Take)

Not all emotions are light and happy. Some are heavy. Some sit in your chest in a way that’s… inconvenient. Today, I’m talking about two of those: envy and jealousy. They seem like twins on the outside, but inside? I think they’re night and day, still related but more like distant cousins. And the more I thought about them, the more memories surfaced. Times I felt it. Times it changed me. Times it actually helped me. So I started wondering: why are we so quick to suppress these emotions? Why do we shame ourselves or each other for feeling them, when sometimes… they’re actually useful? That’s what I’m unpacking in this episode. Let's talk about the feelings we’re told to ignore.
