Today, I am sharing with you my conversation with business woman and founding dance school principal and teacher Charlotte Martin. 

Charlotte runs and continues to build a global empire of dance schools for children serving hundreds of families weekly. Her reputation made me want the opportunity for a conversation, but what stuck with me in this conversation was her strength of character. 

Her story clearly illustrates the power of having a vision, having confidence in yourself, and courage to take care of yourself.  Charlotte is a beautiful reminder that it all starts with you.

Charlotte Martin is founding school principal, teacher, and safe guarding officer for Tap 2 Point and Baby Ballet dance studios that serve over 500 families every week.  Alongside running a dance company with over 60 classes per week throughout multiple locations, Tap 2 Pointe is also home to its very own online boutique and several dance studios. Charlotte’s passion is Business, as well as volunteering as an inspirational speaker and business mentor for The Prince’s Trust She has been newly appointed as an ambassador for the Women’s Enterprise Scotland.
