In today's episode, I invite you to join me in focusing on the being before the doing. I often blindly jump into my to-dos convinced that if I do enough, things will happen. Except that's not the whole picture. For me to be and enjoy the things I want in this life, I need to give at least equal credit to the being. The feelings, the characteristics I want to enjoy and not just the logistics of things.
