Episode description

This week's episode releases on the first day of Spring, here in the northern hemisphere. I learned a fun fact about the equinox recently which sparked some thoughts I wanted share.

We are celebrating the vernal equinox by reflecting on the value of the dark, the absence of outside stimulation, and finding the value in each part of our day.

Things are happening for you, and not to you. With this in mind, how can you find the value in all parts of your day or your thoughts. In the darkness and in the light? The first day or spring, or vernal equinox is a magic moment where we have equal amounts of day and night, giving us a inspiration to reflect on how we gain value from both.
