Do you ever think about how amazing it is that you're here just as you are?

Sometimes we all need a reminder. You are enough, just as you are in this moment. Your value does not come from what you do, it is from what you are.

Action item for today:

·      Repeat these affirmations, either out loud, in your mind, or by writing them down: I am enough. I am worthy of love and rest. I am allowed to take up space. I am not defined by my doing, but by my being. Just as I am, I am whole.
