When you imagine your soul center, where do you feel it is in your body?

The second energy center is a beautiful space to be honored. As the center of your creativity and intuition, you can use the mantra today of "I feel. I create. I allow."

Action item for today:

·      Take a few minutes to be creative. Whether you get out some watercolors and paint, bake or cook, dance, make music, or just draw in the sand. Let yourself be, and let your intuition lead your next move.
