In this episode of the International Enneagram Association podcast, we pull from our 2017 archives to feature a talk by Sandra Maitri about the history of the Enneagram and how to understand the Enneagram as a tool for growth that describes a pattern our consciousness takes. In this first part of her talk, Sandra talks about her experience with the Enneagram to remind us that it is a map but doesn’t tell you how to travel the territory, but rather teaches us how to work with our ego structure, rather than move beyond it.
