Episode description

Many knowledge workers confuse vibration vs. forward motion in their daily work. They tend to care more about their efforts, although important, versus the outcome of their efforts. More importantly, Output + Outcome + Impact is the formula that delivers performance, execution, and material results in every organization. So, how do we get there?

We believe Organized, Prioritized, and Focused work (OPF) is a great starting point for the new year. OPF significantly sets knowledge workers apart in several ways, enhancing their efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact in their roles. Specifically, from increased productivity and better quality of work to enhanced decision-making, stress reduction, greater creativity, and dramatically improved time management, OPF leads to enhanced reputation and personal reliability. In the long term, we’ve also observed enhanced adaptability, extreme flexibility, particularly when facing dynamic leaders or organizational priorities, and our ability to handle increasingly complex tasks and strategic initiatives.
