New Season, New Format: Doubling Down on Trust

Happy New Year. As we embark on a new season of Intelligent Growth, we will change things up a bit to keep them interesting.

1. Each show will now only be 30 minutes in duration. We’ve long advocated value in brevity. Let’s see how much value we can pack in 30 minutes.
2. We want to make the content even more practical and pragmatically relevant with actionable takeaways. We want you to explore and implement what you see and hear.
3. 5 in 10 - Jenn and I will tag team and answer five questions in 10 min. Be quick, or get the buzzer!
4. We’ll pick a curated topic in the news each week and double down on it - this week is trust, the mess at Carta, and a couple of other missteps we’ve observed. I’m also writing a Forbes Leadership column on the topic this week.
