017: Nonprofit law leaders need to know

My guest today is Lauren Cesare. Lauren has been practicing tax law in California for 34 years. The last 23 years Lauren has operated her own practice with an emphasis on tax exempt organizations – what we mostly call nonprofits, as well as limited liability companies.

Lauren has served on the Boards of Directors and as an officer of two nonprofits. She is the author of three books on Private Foundations and Public Charities. Here newest book on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures among tax exempt organizations will be out in 2019.
