Example: “I feel like chocolate, I will have chocolate now”.
The first-order consequence is joy, happiness, energy. For about 2 minutes.
Then the 2nd & 3rd Order Consequences kick in. This includes a drop in energy, lack of mental focus and the consequences get worse and worse.
