What the Consumer Really Wants with Ashley Spivey!

On today's episode of the pod I am so thrilled to introduce you to my long time friend Ashely Spivey!  

Ashley and I have been friends since high school and have been able to maintain that friendship through social media over the years.  She has been living in NYC for 10 years now and has become an avid consumer of boutique fitness classes.  You name it, she's taken it!
