On this episode, I go on a rant on why shutting down from throwing isn't always the answer. Zoom out and look at the bigger calendar view and make sure you don't have major spikes in workload.
Every guy is different, because there are different environmental factors to take into account for each guy. BUT don't just shut down for the sake of shutting down, because you're not going to get better at the skill if you stop doing the skill.
