Hey y'all,
Welcome to episode 5 of In My Own Head. I named this segment "Searching" because truly that is what I have been doing in the past couple of months. I have been looking to find pieces of myself that I may have lost or even neglected. I have been tending to my emotional and mental needs, as well as physical. I want you to know that you are not alone in your journeys to finding healing, in whatever way that may come, as long as it is healthy for you. I encourage you to take a listen and I have hope that my words resonate with you in this episode.
