• 3 - not every idea needs to be executed immediately
• 4 - don’t try to be cheap and cut corners when hiring
• 5 - treat people and clients the way you want to be treated
• 6 - boundaries develop confidence
• 7 - focus on non-monetary wins just as much as monetary ones
• 8 - if you’re not yourself, you’ll hate your biz
• 9 - sometimes you need a specialist or consultant, not a coach
• 10 - memberships have been more valuable than high-ticket coaching in many areas of biz
