Are you ready or not? 

Your right to stay closed is always your right. Your right to “not”. Your right to be ready. We talk about how grounded we’ve become in our being “socially grounded”. 

As always, I encourage you to follow your gut. You know when and how and if and yes and no thank you. Trust that you’ve fed that with times of still and laser focus. Times to dwell in your gut feelings ((or God’s urge)). You are allowed to venture out. You are allowed to stay in. Allowed to feel like home is sacred now is ok. Do not mask your emotions.
