Global banking group BBVA is leveraging tools developed by cloud-based people development software provider Cornerstone OnDemand to upskill employees. Initiatives being undertaken include gamification and tokenisation make the online learning platform more rewarding, interactive, and engaging, and a ‘Camp’ project which treats each training journey as an expedition.
