As I mentioned in the episode we are currently at the beginning of a Mercury Retrograde; from now through February 3rd is a great time to examine where you have been placing your focus.
Ask yourself: is this current focal point serving my highest good? Is it helping to create the life that I want? In what ways am I giving away my sovereign power over my life?
