In Spring Cleaning

Let’s talk about Spring Cleaning! In this episode we will discuss the energy signature of clutter and the importance of cleaning out your closet! I clean out our closets at least twice a year but it wasn’t always that way. For a long time I really struggled parting with certain items because of my abandonment trauma (which caused me to become extremely attached to physical items). We will discuss how I helped myself move past those extremely strong emotions while creating a small second stream of income by re-selling, as well as how it helped me from an energetic standpoint.
