Smitty always brings hot takes on stage, and is incredibly likable. David Dowdy is originally from Redbank, SC, and has one of the most calming presences I’ve experienced in comedy. David started standup in 2021, and has a background in public speaking for Alcoholic’s / Narcotic’s Anonymous. On this episode we discuss whether you’d let Alex Jones take your kids to school, the Murdaugh trial and why Smitty sides with the father, Smitty’s pregnancy scare, sports, standup, and more.
