In this Chapter, I discuss some of the family dynamics in my upbringing. 

Growing up, my father was not around that much. When I look back, I can see the huge gaping hole it left in me and the family. 

Dads, we need to be in the picture. 

I also discuss how we want to go about learning in life. We can LIVE and LEARN or we can LEARN and Live! 

This becomes important as men and especially with our health.
