Today is the 6-year anniversary of my father’s death. What does this have to do with toxic relationships, you might ask? For me, my early childhood relationship with my father had a lot to do with my toxic relationships as an adult, but I didn’t know that until I was brave enough to face my shadow and Inner Child with the hopes it would help me move on from a toxic relationship.
