In this episode I chat with a friend, Gabe Christmas. Gabe has been sober for over two years now after a life long battle with alcohol which started at the age of 14.
We talk about her relationship with alcohol, dealing with the loss of two parents one when she was still drinking heavily and then the passing of her father when she was sober and how she dealt with that grief.
