這經文裡面提到，你送給別人的東西，別人沒有接受，東西當然是還回到自己。同樣地，在西洋他們比較崇拜英雄；但是印度，他們崇拜聖雄。英雄與聖雄差別在哪裡呢？英雄他是征服別人；但是聖雄他是調伏自己，特別是調伏自己的貪、瞋、癡煩惱。佛說真正善於駕御的人，不是拿著繮繩的那個人，而是能夠控制自己身心、降伏身心，才 善的駕御者。
