我們反省一下：我們是否太看重自己的身體、錢財，有時卻忽略了對親人、朋友的關懷？而對自己的心念有沒有好好地守護、關照？如果我們好好地守護心念，讓它變得很乾淨，那麼它所造的善業、福德、智慧也會跟著我們一起走；反之，如果我們任意放縱自己的心念，那麼它就是醜陋的，要走時，它所造的種種惡業也就如影隨形地跟著我們一起走了！我們對於親人、師友平時也要多關懷，而且把這個慈悲心擴及一切眾生。至於錢財也不是都不要，我們是希望把世俗的錢財轉化為功德的法財；而身體，不是要利用它來吃喝玩樂、為非作歹，而是利用色身來行功立德，多做利益眾生之事。
希望大家不要錯用功夫，好好地關照自己的心，時時保持正念、正知。
