At the heart of PIR Ministries is the "Pastor in Residence Process". This restorative and hope-giving tool was created by PIR founder Dr. Chuck Wickman as a means by which a pastor exited from ministry can experience biblical restoration and healing in the context of the local church, and move forward with confidence in the call which God has given. This episode is the first of two focusing on our core ministry and highlights the work of the Refuge Church Support Team. We're pleased to have talked with Pastor Caleb Smith who co-led a Support Team through a successful and life-giving PIR process for a pastor and his wife.
