Listen in as he tells the history of the restaurant, why it’s a Texas institution and what makes that BBQ sauce so damn good!   We also learn that it wasn’t all casual BBQ vibes around Brent’s own dinner table and that even take out was served on the fine china. From BBQ sauce spills to “colossal” onions, we get a sneak peak into the world of one of the most famous BBQ restaurants in the world!
