As I scroll any app this time of the year, first day of school pictures and newly decorated dorm rooms fill my feed. It’s really easy to look at the bright smiles, new outfits, and brand new bedding and assume that everyone else has their life together. On today’s episode we chat about the comparison trap - how we can recognize it in ourselves and ways to fight it. You aren’t the only one who battles this- so many other parents do too. Comparison can slowly chip away at our mental health but there is an alternative! Press play and listen as Dad shares ways to flip the script and change our mindset for the better.
