What Life Coaching Really IS and IS NOT: Episode 101

Today's episode is about five points of what life coaching is and five of what it is not. This podcast is all about CHANGE and that all comes from my experience as a cerified life coach.

Change isn't easy. We all have those moments where we feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of what our next step will be. That's where life coaching can help. It's all about helping you move forward, holding you accountable and creating real, lasting change in your life. It's about letting go of old habits. It's not about fixing you or changing who you are, but more about becoming who you are meant to be.
