all about detaching: breakups, backsliding, & moving on

whew.

i've been so nervous to talk about this, and for 6 months i wanted to wait and give myself the time to collect my thoughts and feelings on detaching and dealing with the aftermath of it. if you're like me, you don't really know what you're doing in life, like at all. you also probably grasp at any hopeful or encouraging piece of advice.

detaching is hard, and moving on is even harder. luckily, having other people to share your experiences with makes it a little less insufferable.
