In this episode of me&my health up I share my podcast story. This podcast was born from the first lockdown in March 2020. I had no work however possessed a wealth of knowledge and health connections that I could share to help others through the pandemic. The only thing holding me back was the lack of self-confidence and self-belief! I thought.....
