kelsey greenwood is a true gem. we met online and fell in love, guessing one another's sun signs in the first few minutes of our first video chat. i saw her warm sunny leo shine and she knew i was a mountain goat, relentless capricorn mama. kelsey embodies everything that is beautiful about the coaching world, a woman with her heart in the right place and dedicated to seeing other women rise and shine the way she does. she has healed from chronic illness, burnout, and general disconnection from self and helps others to do the same. her work is in guiding women to deepen their relationship with their selves and others in her 1:1 integrative life coaching work. she is a true expert at helping women breakthrough stuck emotions and limiting beliefs. she has such a warm sunny personality and i deeply feel that if you are a fellow chronic illness warrior who has healed their bodies through the deep work of physical/emotional/spiritual recovery (esp. if you have gone through this transformation during your 20s and have often thought "wtf universe, am i cursed?? stop this fuckery now!") , and then proceeded to live the life of your dreams..... or if you are in the deep shit of it now and need a sense of the light at the end of the tunnel, this one is for you.
we laugh, we go deep, and we serve as another important reminder that you are strong, powerful, full of potential and magic, and most of all....not at all alone!
