He is one of the world's leading researchers in this field. Named as one of the most 50 influential people in healthcare in time magazine in 2018, Dr Longo is a professor in gerontology and biological sciences at the University of Southern California. He is also the director of the Longevity Institute at USC as well as the director of the Longevity and Cancer Programme at theIFOM institute in Milan. Dr Longo is the author of the international best seller The Longevity Diet, all profits of which he donates to his research and foundation, plus he's the creator of the fasting mimicking diet.
