This is Pete Moore at Hilo Academy. Two minute drill on mergers and acquisitions. Okay? People shorten that to say m and a. Okay? Pete Moore is an m and a banker. Integrity Square is an m and a advisory firm. What are we really doing? We're helping companies buy or sell to another company. Effectively, a glorified real estate broker, if you will. Thank you very much, mom. So when you think about mergers and acquisitions, you have to actually prepare for a process
such as this. All of your financial statements need to be in perfect order. All of your KPIs and your key performance indicators need to make sense. We need to have a prototype if we're going to raise capital to build more locations. We need to have a financial model that is going to show in Excel what we're about to do and how much investment we
need to do it. Okay? So before you run an m and a process, it's gonna take several months to put together your confidential information materials or also known as a CIM. That investment bank or that business broker or your CPA or your CFO is gonna be able to put together these materials in a thirty, forty page PowerPoint presentation as well as a workbook or a financial excel model. Once you have these tools and weapons to sell your company, you can then go and approach potential buyers that
would be interested in your business. The wider the net you could spread to find a acquisition partner or a merger partner to give you cash for the business and the value you have built. You wanna make sure you hit every potential strategic and financial buyer, which in this market are now thousands. So m and a is a process. M and a is a game. We're here to help you play it.
