Welcome back guys, this episode has been long overdue! It's been a couple months and we've officially been doing this thing for over a year. Although I missed the anniversary I am grateful to be back and better than ever. Today I open up about going to therapy and realizing how easy it is to fall back into old habits. Codependency. is a hard battle to win but we are pushing through regardless. I hope this episode inspires you to operate at a higher level of being.
