Gwen has been a Breathwork facilitator for over 20 years and uses a combination of Breathwork, Family Constellations, Hypnotherapy, The Passion Test, Yoga, and Dance to guide and support people in coming home to their true nature and to remain consciously connected to their essential truth.
In the last few years, Gwen has discovered a new passion for herself and has delved into the world of Intimacy Coaching which we will predominately be talking about today.
